My Services

     I'm affiliated with Evolve marketing company based out of Colorado.  This company markets your second home property on Air Bn'B & Verbo.  They list your home, provide professional photographer and handles all your bookings at their fees.  

 

     What I do is the management with communication and turnovers for every guest.  Because I am an affiliated partner with Evolve, I have access to all of the bookings details through an app.  The second home property owner hires me directly and we negotiate a flat fee for every turnover.

     My fees for every turnover have started as low as $100 for limited management or small square footage and up to $300 for full management or large square footage.  

Owner directly pays me bi weekly via Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash or Check.

• Turn Over "Cleaning" of every Booking to be Guest Friendly for a Future Booking 

• Full Guest Communication

• Light Maintenance

• Spring Cleaning

• Home Decor Staging

• Advertising & Marketing

• Availability for Opening Home to Contracted Maintenance Workers

Owners Responsibilities:

• Supply Home Inventory for Guests

• Supply Home Cleaning Supplies

• Install a Security Camera

• Install a Locked Owners Inventory Closet

• Hire a Grounds Keeper

• Hire a Maintenance Worker

• Install a Key Lock Box

• Create a Guest Welcome Book

So now you have a better idea on how this process works and I do have over 30 years of experience of owning and managing vacation homes.  I presently hold a Real Estate Broker License along with additional accreditation in Interior Design and 2nd Home Property Specialist for the National Real Estate Association.
