Refund Policy: 

We hope you love your products as much as we do.  Please choose carefully, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any paint products although we do offer 100% credit or other terms, exchanges, to be used in our studio for any future purchases.  We do offer 100% refund on all clothing.  All clothing products that are refunded are to be sent back via same mail carrier, USPS Priority Mail and same package material within 30 days. 

Please bear this in mind when purchasing. Our priority is making sure our customers are happy and have enough information prior to purchasing.

Shipping Policy:

Your parcels are lovingly hand packed and delivered straight to vour door. We ship free using USPS Priority Mail in only the United States & a selective states.  This shipping carrier provides tracking & insurance.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. We aim to dispatch vour delivery within 2-3 days of ordering unless otherwise stated. If we need to order from our vendor, we will inform you prior to shipping & this may be a 2 week delay.
